Assessments are tailored to your individual needs. These can include, but are not limited to, the following:
Diagnostic Evaluation: Initial intake session and semi-structured clinical interview, diagnostic scales, collateral contacts, interpretation, diagnostic write-up, and feedback session.
8- 10 hrs, $1,600
Psychoeducational Assessment: Initial intake session, collateral contacts, cognitive and academic testing, rating scales (as needed), comprehensive report, and feedback session.
12-14 hrs, $2,500
ADHD Evaluation: Initial intake session, rating scales, collateral contacts, comprehensive report, and feedback session. (additional fee for cognitive testing)
8-10 hrs, $1,200
Personality Assessment: Initial intake session, semi-structured clinical interview, personality assessment rating, collateral contacts diagnostic report, and feedback session. (additional fee for cognitive testing)

As a licensed psychologist I am able to provide supervision for license eligible providers who need additional training hours and supervision.

Fees and Policies:
Currently in-network with Aetna, United Heathcare, Oxford, & Oscar Insurance. For out-of-network plans, we will work with you to submit billing to insurance for out-of-network services.
Payment: All psychotherapy payments are made at time of service. For assessments, 50 percent of payment is due at the initial appointment.
Cancellation Policy: For psychotherapy sessions there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore if a session is cancelled (or missed) with less than a 24 hour notice, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. Consistently missed appointments may result in termination of service.
*For assessments the cancellation policy is 48 hours. If the assessment is cancelled after the 48 hour notice and cannot be rescheduled a $300 cancelation fee will be charged.
